Dr Shahmalak did his procedures. Should I be a little dubious of these "celebrity" doctors who take on all these semi-famous people in England. I am in need of a transplant but I am not fully convinced by Shahmalak and Ziering, who are always on TV and in newspapers, as if you're that good do you really need to advertise themselves as much as they do??

Or am I completely wrong? Are their results good enough to consider? Are they world class?

Never once seen a patient post a result form Dr Shamalak on here but i have seen several excellent results from Ziering, particularly Dr Ball.

Is it just me or are UK celebs far more candid about their hair transplantation than U.S. celebs are? Kinda sucks for us Americans in a way it shows just how bad the stigma is here.

It would be helpful if we knew what and from where Kevin Mchale got whatever he got done as well as Matthey Mconaughey.

I have been watching Celebrity Big Brother and his hair looks superb most of the time.....but it's puzzling me as it just looks so dense but he wear a lot of hats in the houe and occasionally his hair doesn't look as dense which strongly suggest concealor on the show to me*nl
According to the news he has had three transplants now too.

I have also been watching Big Brother which started out as interest in Calums hair I got drawn in by the vile people on display as to what they will do for publicity and fame.

As for Calums hair I have mixed feelings. As this is a result of 3 transplants assuming the frontal third perhaps half of his scalp I am not that impressed with the density into the hairline. That said it seems to be weaker in the central area where he had a forelock of hair. Perhaps the surgeon didn't transplant into this area and he is loosing more ground.

Without numbers and information it is very difficult to judge. He is achieving a good look in the rest of his scalp as he wears his hair very long and brushes back which covers more of the scalp. The problem with this hairstyle is wind and it will be blown out of place very easily and expose thinning areas, hence the product to hold in better in place.

I get the feeling that Calum is still not happy with his hair, he wears hats a lot of the time in the house which it seems he has been unable to ditch.

A hat can be a guys best support when concerned about hair loss but you can get trapped with wearing them all the time and it seems Calum has not yet ditched the cap. I may be wrong and he might love wearing them but it seems odd to wear a cap indoors if you still didn't have hair anxieties. I know he has cameras at every angle and people are looking at him and his hair but if he were content I don't feel he would still be wearing a hat so often.

I found this photo which shows his pattern of loss currently and the results of 2 or 3 procedures. Great beard donor if he wants to go down that route.

This is a latest photo taken from in the house which shows the density into the front.

I do think the the work looks very natural and his low hair to scalp contrast will help with that and that his donor area looks to be very good. I wonder if he will go for a 4th procedure.

Like a lot of celebs they will go to a clinic without much research, the clinics contact these celebs offering a free hair transplant for advertising rights, more fool to these greedy celebs. It's laughable when figures like £30,000 for Rooney's hair transplant are quoted.
I'm sure if they had done their own research they would have chosen a different clinic.
Take a look at the quality of pictures on Crown clinics website, different lighting in before and afters. Red flag! Design of hairlines, no artistry. Red flag!
Just saying like.....

I watched the show when he was swimming in the outdoor pool. The fact his head was under water and his body language suggests he is not wearing Concealor on the show.

I too also have caught some of this dung fest and i must say it is particulary bad this year ! )(_::

Getting back to Best's hair i do agree. One does not wear hats indoors unless they are unhappy with their hair. Know that from experience.!

In some instances like pics posted his hair appears dark and dense and slightly off colour with the rest of his hair. And i have seen some scenes from this show when it has clearly shown a large area of scalp in the frontal third. Worse than any of the pics posted so far actually.

So i think he is definitly using some concealer. He does it have a decent length and it can look good with a little concealer. Maybe another OP to thicken a bit could see him set.

But i would have thought with 3 procedures he would have reached his goals. I do think at least one he had was unsuccesful. As i recall Ailsbury clinic posting on their website they had performed an OP on him and to check back for updates and nothing was ever updated.
