Media Mgr Dr. Carlos K. Wesley
This 34-year-old doctor wanted to add density to his thinning mid scalp. While he was bothered by the thinning on top of his head, the crown region (in back) didn't bother his as much.

A 2579 FU session of Follicular unit transplantation (FUT) with Dr. Carlos K. Wesley focused on his mid scalp. By creating a feathered "arc" along the back border of the pattern of transplantation and leaving a portion of his crown untreated, young patients continue to have a natural appearance even when the thinning portion of their crown expands over time.

The patient returned 12 months later for follow-up images and video of his new hairstyle.

Hair greeds a killer dude....i think the reality is that when patients realise that hairtransplants actually work well for them then most will want more.

Dr. Wesley, was this patients hairloss pattern caused by diffuse thinning? It' mirrors my hairloss, unlike this patient my crown bothers me immensely, In fact this whole hairloss thing bothers me which is why I'm here. Does this patient take Propecia or use Rogaine? I'm thinking of trying both for the whole of 2014 as I've seen some very positive results on this forum. If I don't respond would it be safe to have surgery in twelve months time? I'm guessing I may be at risk of my hairloss progressing further if I'm not taking anything to prevent this.
Regards Tuc.
