The graft extraction was performed personally by Dr Anastasakis using a Trivellini Mamba punch.
Recipient site creation was carried out personally by Dr Anastasakis using custom-made forged blades.
Graft placement was performed using implanters (placers) into the pre-created recipient sites.
This is a particularly challenging repair case, as the patient had previously undergone hair transplant surgery at another clinic with unsatisfactory results.
A two-stage restoration plan was designed for this patient. The photographs show the result 11 months after the first procedure, during which 2,500 grafts were transplanted in a single-day session.
