Choosing between FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) and FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation) for a hair transplant? FUE involves individual graft extraction, leaving minimal scarring, while FUT extracts a strip of tissue with more grafts. Both have pros and cons, so it's crucial to consider factors like scarring, recovery time, and overall goals before deciding. Share your experiences and insights on the forum to help others make informed choices!

Hey i am Danish, fellow hair transplant warriors! Just wanted to share my experience with you all. I recently had my hair transplant done at Skinqure in Delhi, and Dr. Jangid recommended FUE for me. Here are the key points he discussed:

Here was my hair transplant journey

  • Minimal Scarring:
Dr. Jangid highlighted that FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) results in minimal scarring. Unlike FUT, there's no linear scar, making it a great choice for those who prefer wearing their hair short.
  • Quick Recovery:
He emphasized the quicker recovery time with FUE. Since it involves individual graft extraction, there's less downtime, and you can usually get back to your routine faster compared to FUT.
  • Natural-looking Results:
The doctor explained that FUE allows for a more natural distribution of hair follicles, creating a seamless and undetectable hairline. It's all about achieving that natural look we all crave!

Has anyone else had a similar experience, or did you opt for FUT instead? Let's discuss our choices and help each other out! ✨
