Cosmedica are disorganised and far too busy

Hi my name is Andrew, and I'd like to share my experience, my honest, and true experience with Cosmedica. I had seen Dr Acar and Cosmedica via their Internet marketing and reached out. I was contacted by a company called GMH who gave me an e-consultation, answered my questions and then took my booking. I have to say that GMH to the credit for nothing but professional from start to finish, and my problem does not lie with them.

I went to Cosmedica and from the minute I got there, I could say just how unbelievably busy it was. I met a bunch of guys at the hotel that had had surgery and a bunch of guys that were due to have surgery and then a bunch of guys that were arriving when I was coming back from my surgery. I was also made aware by some guys that I had met that they had friends that were there to have surgery with Cosmedica and they were in another hotel.

My pick up time was given to me, but the actual time that I got collected was completely different. when I got to the clinic I could say it was chaos as it was very busy and the cosmetic staff looked to be running around like headless chickens. I had a hard time dealing with their staff who I found to be quite rude at times because they were so busy. I met the doctor for what I wanna say is a brief moment and then I went off to have my surgery.

The surgery was very painful, the anaesthetic was very painful, the extractions I could still feel the pain I told them this, but sadly the technicians that were working on my head did not speak any English at all. The surgery just felt wrong. As you can see, I've got Afro-American here and I was assured by cosmetic that they were going to put a team on me that could deal and had Experience in Afro-American Hair, I doubt this happened because to be honest with you, the whole place just looked chaotic, and for a moment I thought about not going through with the surgery. In hindsight, I wish I had not have gone through the surgery.

I had the surgery I followed the after-care instructions to the letter removed all of the scabs on the eighth hair wash has instructed, I slept on my back I refrained from exercise. I've done everything that they told me to do.

The results just didn't come.

I emailed back GMH and they were good enough to put my case forward for a Guarantee. Sadly cosmetic took a tremendous amount of time to get back to GMH, who I was contacting on almost a daily basis. Eventually, I was granted a guarantee and decided to go back for a second surgery simply because I couldn't afford to have one in the states and I was assured that they would be able to put a specialist team on me who were experienced in Afro-American Hair. I really shouldn't have gone back and I wasn't going to go back but I was desperate and I thought I would go back and make it clear that they had to give me a good result this time.

When I got back, it was even busier than the first time, and just as chaotic. again you have to remember I've travelled all the way from the United States at Great expense and so just saying no at the last minute although it's an option it's a tough pill to swallow and when you're being reassured at every stage by cosmetic that they will get this sorted then foolishly I trusted them. This time I did not see the doctor.

I had the surgery it was not as painful as the first time, but still not pain-free.

Again, I followed the rules to the dot and again I've had no result. I contacted GMH who contacted Cosmedica two times and was ignored two times. (GMH no longer work with Cosmedica due to the lies and incompetence that are now rife at Cosmedica) and I don't blame them. GMH then advised me to email them directly and gave me their direct email. I emailed them three times and had no response whatsoever. my only hope is to bring awareness of how downhill this clinic has gone in recent years. As I know I'm not the only one to be feeling this way. I have joined a group and there are many like me that have been neglected by Cosmedica, and basically fobbed off and ignored.

You can be the judge of my results if nothing else, and let me know what you think and advise because other than scout micro pigmentation. I don't see any other options available to me other than seek legal advice of which I'm trying to do currently (Turkish health ministry and a Turkish lawyer)

Attached on my four pictures and the after pictures of my surgeries. They have decimated my donor area.

You make up your own mind and see if I am any better off now than I was then.

The first 5 pictures are before my surgey at Dr Acars Cosmedica and the last 5 are after 2 surgeries ar Cosmedica.
