Hi. 22 year old male here. 5 months ago i hopped on fin and oral minox. I switched from topical minox to oral and lost everything. Should i up my game to duta? Its not my hairline that is the problem per se its just that my hair is incredibly thin and diffuse. Am i non responder to fin and oral?

There are so many things can affect hair loss, not enough of something or too much of something. Could be stress causing it even and it may be temporary. First thing I would do is see what your Father's hair was like at your age, maybe in the genes. I would find a hair specialist, not a commercial person but more a Doctor type, and get advice before experimenting.

When you switch meds it can often bring on a hair shed. You will need to give the new regimen a few more months to see what happens. At 22, I would not add Dut.

I’m 7 months into my regime. Have certainly stabilized with a lil bit of regrowth. I’m getting a transplant because i dont think meds will actually restore significant density.
