Do people think Hairloss treatments are finally becoming less taboo

So the other night i watched a tv programme called bodyshockers where a guy had SMP and today i saw Hair Fibres advertised in a popular womens magazine called OK magazine....this got me to thinking about whether times are changing and whether hairloss treatments and products are finally becoming more accepted and less taboo.
What do you guys think, is it still something that most people keep secret or are times beginning to change*nl
