Does anyone believe that diet can actually help with hair loss (even if only marginally)

So i got to reading this article about 7 foods that can apparently help with hairloss....i know it's probably just rubbish but it got me thinking....do any certain types of foods actually make a visible difference to someones hair loss if consumed regularly?
I realize that if someone is very deficient in certain vitamins it can impact hairloss but for a general normal fit guy would it or could it make any difference at all even if slight?

Hi, I have fairly extensive experience with natural (for example food!) treatments. Usually it turns out that you would need to eat so much of the food to get enough of the chemical to make a difference!
