Hi,
I booked a hair transplant operation with doctor Cengiz Yaylaci, this is their website haistaclinic . com/en/
I found them on Facebook and also on google they have many positive reviews. I am quite impulsive person, I first act and then think, I bought the tickets to Turkey and booked the PCR test, so now it is time to think before I mess it up.

I found the doctor on Facebook here facebook . com/cengiz.yylc

Does anyone have had any experience with this doctor or heard of him? Any advice.
I will appreciate it if u answer me promptly.

thanks,
Angel

Why did you choose them? the website has stock images all over it, no information and no results. You should have done a little more, a lot more research having a hair transplant it is not for the impulsive. Interested why you are asking now, are you thinking of backing out? probably not the worst decision you could make. Good luck

Yeap, I may just not go I paid only for the tickets and for the PCR test. I was hoping that someone tried them and have some feedback.

The loss of the ticket is nothing. How old are you? in your picture you look like you have a good head of hair, if it´s recent.

Hello Angeo. Please don’t rush into this. You’ve done no research except looking at their Facebook page. I took a look at their pages and website, the results are not inspiring. The picture quality on display is poor but it does appear they achieve good growth if what you can see is reality. The hairlines do not look natural. They appear to be a cosmetic dentist who’ve added hair transplants to the services.

I’ve attached an image showing a hairline from them.

Have you any pictures you can post here? Can you tell us what you’ve been quoted? If the profile picture is you, your hair looks decent.
Which airline did you book with? You could probably get a credit for it and use at a later date once you’ve done more research.

Hi,
Thank you all. I have booked with Pegasus airlines. And yes this is me but an old picture of mine when I was 28, now I am 40 and my hair is a bit less. They give a Christmas offer for 850 pounds or 1000 euro, which is why it seemed a very nice offer. My flight is for 26th.12. but I may not go, still thinking. I used to have a lot of hair but sadly I didn't inherit my father's strong hair (at 80 he didn't have white hair just grey and a lot of it). The best is to maybe find something in London, but here the prices are very high, the last place I went asked me for 6000pounds. Can someone suggest a decent clinic here or in Turkey that can be trusted?
Thanks once again for your replies.

Take the advise from bigmac and research more. You need to be less focussed on low cost in my opinion. I am surprised how you decided on this dentist basically for a hair transplant. Best of luck

I didn't know they are dentists. Apart from the esthetic natural look what else they may not do right and need to be concerned for?
I found out they are based in this hospital which looks decent: maps.app.goo.gl/tumcxrEaWn2NExaPA www . medicalpark . com.tr/

There are lots based in hospitals or they rent out the facilities.
You don’t want to mess this up. If you get sub par work, it’ll cost you more in the long run.

Getting a surgery at such a short notice with another clinic will be difficult. I’d imagine the flights were quite cheap. If you can’t get a credit (check with them) you will only lose a small amount.

This hairline is a female design… You need to slow down, don’t rush into surgery and do more research.
The London clinic you mention are hit and miss… Some patient threads on here but they use to use other clinic pictures pretending that they were their patients… Look in the clinic section further down the forum….start your research there and look at the patient section.

£850 for a hair transplant is laughable I’m afraid. I’m pleased you’ve decided to do more research.
Losing a little bit of money on the flight refund is better than risking surgery with this clinic.

Have you considered using hair loss medications such as Finasteride or minoxidil?

The hairline design in your picture. Was this drawn by you or the clinic?

I’ve quickly drawn what would better suit you. Maybe the temple corners to go back further.

Not sure if this "Finasteride or minoxidil" will help recover my hair, I think mine is a more genetic problem, but I will have a look at these products. It was drawn by me, my hairline used to be like a circle (see this photo)....but this is a small issue, either way, would be better than what it is now heheh.
Have u done a hair transplant, can u recommend me a clinic?
thanks

Never let price or distance be the deciding factors… There are quite a few UK clinics on here if you wish to stay here….consult with some them.
If you have a naturally high hair line you could get away with a transplant and no meds but best to have your hair checked for miniaturisation.

Thanks for the advice, by the way, what is "checked for miniaturisation".
"There are quite a few UK clinics on here if you wish to stay here"- can u give some examples to check on.
I like the idea of using UK clinic, so I can get support after the hair transplantation.

Look through this section at the various clinics.

Miniaturisation is having your hair checked to see if they are shrinking, thinning, on their way out… A doctor will examine your scalp using high magnification checking the health of your hair.

Your hairline was not a circle, that was your hairstyle at the time. If you had brushed your hair back it would be the opposite with the middle the lowest and the sides being up, normal male hairline. In your picture it is only the way it is styled.
