Does Male Pattern Baldness affect how attractive men are to women. Some will say it's a confidence thing that women go for, they don't mind a guy being bald or thinning but according to this guy - hair really does make a difference.

Good question this but I think in my opinion it's a too generalised question as some people totally rock the bald look whilst others look awful and on the flip side some people look great with hair and other don't. I agree confidence does help though.....I have a bald brother who actually looks good bald imo but myself I looked awful and very poorly with little hair so it's an individual thing really.

To be fair he does look a lot better after, but the picture is more natural and his hair is styled in the after picture, in the before picture it's a bit fluffy.

All that being said, my cousin is bald and his wife is gorgeous.

Good points, some guys do suit a bald look but I do think more women percentage wise are attracted to men with a good head of hair, then I'd say most still prefer a thinner look than bald.
