Dr. Özlem Biçer or Dr Ferreira

Big Mac, one of the things I notice when looking at Dr Ozlem Bicer's pictures is the hairline usually isn't exactly straight. Adding pictures of examples of Dr Ozlem vs Bisanga.

I'm asking if this is normal or intentional? When I look at Dr Ferreira or Bisanga, they appear really tight and straight but I certainly haven't seen a bunch of their work yet. Can you look at the after pictures of the hairline and comment on the quality? The straighter one is Bisanga and the one dots below the hairline is Biçer.

Thanks,
Joe

I believe both doctors will design the hairline that best fits the patient. Ethnicity, age, head shape are some factors they take into consideration. Some patients will ask for a straight hairline while others want it staggered. I opted for a staggered hairline when I had mine done.

Big Mac, any idea why Dr Ferreira wants to do 2 days of work but Dr Ozlem says just 1? They both recommend around 3500 grafts.

Maybe down to who does what during the surgery. How long it takes each clinic. You will need to ask them.

Yes he must have. Dr Ozlem bicer is 1.5 Euro per and Dr bisanga is 4 Euro per. It's hard to not go with Dr Ozlem but I'm worried because it's almost too good to be true.
Any updates? I'm in this same dilemma. Don't want to spend double unnecessarily given how great Bicer results seem. At the same time, something seems off and too good to be true...

I've decided to go with Dr Ferreira. I just didn't get a good vibe from Dr Biçer. My surgery is in January. I was really close to canceling and booking Dr Ferritas? I believe that's his name. He has way more results posted and was slightly cheaper. I still find it worrisome that Dr. Ferreira doesn't post many results but I did meet him in person. He was nice and the facility was nice and clean.
Good Luck!

Oh awesome. Did you consider Pekiner? He seems slightly cheaper than Ferriera. Surprised that Freitas (3.5* 1000 + 2.5 * remaining) is even cheaper than Ferreira. What is his current rate per graft?

Dr Ferreira I believe charges €3 per graft. I need about 3500 so that's €10,500.

Dr Freitas recommended a few less grafts at 3000 Estimated. His price was €8,500. But I feel like if you needed 300 more, his price wouldn't change since it seems like a quote for the procedure, but I never asked. He's also booked likely 1 year out.

I still keep tossing around the idea of swapping but I also like the idea that Dr Ferreira speaks English and seems to warranty his work. I've read about someone with a subpar result and he seems to really be trying to make them happy. The outcome isn't complete yet because he wants them to wait a full year before surgery again, but it's big to me at least that he's implied he will repair him for free. Just really wish I could see more results from Dr Ferreira because I can't find many.

As for Pekiner, no I didn't look into him.

I looked at Dr's Ferreira, Freitas, Biçer and Anderson in Atlanta.

Anderson in Atlanta uses the robot and wanted I believe about 12k for 1800 grafts. I can't remember but it was close in price for half of the work basically

I believe both doctors do the FUE punching and have technicians help with taking the grafts out and the placing in the recipient area.
It looks like your whole frontal third will be the area that they concentrate on. The graft estimates seem about right.
Are you on any hair loss prevention regimen?
I had my hair transplant done by Dr Ferreira 10 days ago and i can confirm he does every surgical step. He took the grafts out of the donor area then the technicians went away to inspect, clean etc and then place in the implanter pens. No technician or nurse touched my scalp throughout the surgery apart from at the end to clean it up.

Obviously you don't have results yet but can you share your experience? Where did you stay, how many days, how many grafts, any regrets, issues? Pictures of before and after if you don't mind? I find it's really hard to see results from him for some reason.
Anything will help others decide.

Thanks,
Joe

Check out this YouTube channel.

His name is Rolandas and he has had 2 surgeries with Dr Ferreira, I think he was a NW 5A, Rolandas has documented every part of his journey on the channel and has had great results.

Thanks but I've seen his case and a few others. One issue with 2 people I've seen including Rolandas was scarring in the done area. I just haven't seen more than a handful of cases from him on forums and by now (on his own for I believe 3 years) you'd think at least 20 or so would be posted on his site alone?
Rowlandas was the reason I booked with Dr Ferreira though. Ultimately I'll probably still go to him since I don't want to start my search over, but the more I look into other Dr's such as Dr Freitas, the more I realize that Dr Ferreira is not displaying many results. I keep hoping I'll see more from him prior to my surgery. On Instagram he'll post a case from time to time but not nearly as much detail like you see from Dr Freitas.

I did think the same thing with lack of cases but he sent me around 3 videos of cases similar to mine with results and they were incredible. Worth noting he is a booked out a year in advance now, must be a good sign? Also, not everyone wants to share their experience and how many people actually go elsewhere apart from Turkey or UK? Seems the majority of cases on here are from the Hair Dr
