This article shows that the FUSE technique as we use -
1. Minimizes graft transection because part of the extraction and dissection is under direct magnified vision (unlike traditional fue which is a blind procedure)
2. Minimizes the extraction wound size. (tinier the wound, less the chances of scarring).

This highlights the difference between traditional fue and FUSE
