This patient is in his early 30 €™s and wanted to reinforce his hairline section. A conservative approach was taken as he is not on and not willing to use hair medications.

Looks great, doesn't get anymore natural than that and i think the conservative design of the hairline was a sensible move, especially considering he won't take meds........nice work!
