This patient came to us several years ago with quite low expectations, he simply wanted to freshen up his profile view ;with no concern to his crown area.
We initially did an FUT of just over 2,000 grafts and followed this up 5 years ago with an FUE .His donor hair density was very much on the low side but he feels that his result has far out weighed what he felt was feasible.
