This patient who is in his late thirties dropped in to see us recently. He uses finasteride and this seems to have stabilised his loss. He had a total of 3781 grafts. Here is his 14 month post op update........................... Pre op.

Thanks for posting Peter, but I am a teeny bit underwhelmed with the result as I expected a bit more density for the grafts. However, it is certainly natural looking.

I think the density is very realistic for the amount of grafts and the area covered, the long hair in his pre op pictures shows more coverage than he really has.

I have to agree with BM on this one mainly because I had my hair long and when I actually got it cut before I had my first HT I was shocked to see how bad my hair loss was , I think their has been a lot of area covered especially in the crown and mid scalp, looks natural and the patient is probably happy with his result from were he started I would be

I have to agree, this is a very large area and a nice natural result, he can always go for further surgery if he feels like he needs it.
