Graft placement is a vital step in the entire hair transplantation process.
In this presentation, DR.Christian Bisanga explains some of the tools and approaches available, detailing the pros and cons of each, and above all, the delicacy and precision needed and how to touch and place to ensure optimal survival.

Don't become a victim, good results don't happen by accident, but by design!

Nice clear video showing the placement of the grafts. Dr Bisanga is correct about the skill levels required for using forceps. The grafts are delicate and can be damaged quite easily when being handled which is why it usually takes 6 months plus to have a technician confident and skilled enough to perform this part of the surgery.
Implanter pens have made it easier for techs to start planting with less training. There is still potential though for grafts to be damaged when they are being loaded into the implanters. Careful handling is still required. The implanters do make the insertion part easier for the techs.
