Here we have a 45 years old patient who is losing hair for many years and who has a very good density on his donor area (93 FU/cm ²).
During the first consultation, we decided to proceed to a hair transplant in two steps:
1/ the front area,
2/ the back area.
He had his first hair transplant in 2009 and after one year, he came back for a second procedure. We have been able to see the current results and the patient was very satisfied with the density obtained.
During the second surgery, not a single graft was placed on the front area.
All the grafts were placed on the crown.
Assessments:
1st surgery: 3240 grafts for 6822 hairs - FU 1.499, FU2 1977, FU3 687 FU4 77
2nd surgery: 2170 grafts for 4780 hairs - FU 1.345, FU2 1168, FU3 529 FU4 128
