IMO, I think that he's been a lucky fast grower and has achieved majority of the growth. There will be some thickening and more growth but the effect is going to be more subtle now.

Thanks everyone for your questions and feedback!

Matt has said that this patient plans to be back at 1 year to take more pics. I think videos of his result would be nice. Let's hope he comes back so we can see if there are any more changes from now to 12 months.

Hi all, I've been following you guys recently, and really enjoy your comments and find them useful. I don't mean to hijack this thread but I'd really value your advise.
I'm based in Ireland, and from my, albeit brief, research, travelling stateside seems to be yielding the best results.

I consider myself a number 4 on the Norwood Scale, very thin at the front, hairline significantly receding, and thin on top of the crown too. I'll post pics as soon as possible. At 25, is this the right time to get a HT? I've read alot that you should wait until your in your mid-30s, as to allow for the full effect of balding to run its course. This could be nonsense, but your feedback would be valued.

Thanks in advance!!

Hi Calumberjack,

25yr olds are considered young to receive a ht surgery, however, it's not a cutoff mark for sure. If you approach it wisely and conservatively, you can get a start on it. We can evaluate after pictures are posted to our email and on the forum if possible. Are you on the hair loss meds or considering them?
