A fantastic post, thank you Dr. Paul for taking the time. Very educational, and it really shows how much thought and planning goes into an HT at SMG. When all's said and done, I would match rather put myself in the hands of an HT doc who chooses to be more conservative because he genuinely care about the patient -- although I'd still scrap it out over those few extra grafts at the hairline! -- then go to one who is more than happy to frontload the hairline (and his pocketbook) without any disregard for the patient's future.
