This 54 year old lady came to us with a traumatic injury to her scalp following a Road traffic accident. She had endured her condition for a long time using hair pieces and concealers.
During our initial consultation, we established that there was significant scarring in both her donor and recipient areas. She was counselled that she will not get the desired density because of the scarring and that she might need a further session to improve the density.
She underwent a 1 day session and we managed to extract
1109 grafts, yielding 3106 hair.

Though she is scheduled to book in for another surgery to improve density, she is happy with her current state of hair.
