First post on this form. I €™ve been doing allot of research over the last 6 months and plan on getting FUT early next year. Want to make sure meds are working before I jump in.

Im 28, NW 4A and realise that there is a chance I may get worse in the Future, so im realistic and don €™t think it €™s a good idea to go for a lower hairline. I €™ve ruled out allot of top surgeons as I think they are very aggressive with this. I €™d be very happy to go conservative.

I have narrowed my search down to the Docs below and would be grateful if I could get opinions,

Dr Ron Shapiro, Top surgeon and currently my top choice. Matt has helped me allot

Dr Panine, I €™ve seen a lot of excellent work from him and I €™m surprised that he is not talked about more on forms. Stuart has helped me allot

Dr Feriduni, Close to home and a top surgeon.

Dr Feller. Top surgeon. Spex has been great

I think Ill be in great hands no matter who I choose.

Out of those choices I would go with Dr. Ron Shapiro just ahead of Dr. Feller.

You don`t see much of Dr Panine online, this does not mean he aint a good doctor though.

4 awesome repairs with SMG
Hey dude, I am thrilled with my own results with Dr Ron Shapiro and can definately recommend him from personal experience......... i have also seen some fantastic results form Dr Feriduni.

Can't say i have seen much from Dr Panine on here but the results i have seen on other forums look good, bear in mind just because a clinic doesn't always have a strong online presence doesn't mean they aren't great.

regards bullit;)

Its good to see that you are giving the meds a chance to work first, have you had any consultations with the doctors, if so what were their recommendations for you.

I am actually curious about what the first impressions of the clinics they may choose to consult with are in general. Maybe this would be a good for a new topic in a new thread.;;D

What a Tool
Dr Feriduni is top notch- been there, got the t shirts (and grafts)

In fact my absence on here is testament to his great work- I hardly think about hairloss now- I should really be on here more often helping out the guys.

Cheers

The only trouble with Feller is other then spex and a few others online I can't get in contact with 1 single person in private

I live in new york and asked Feller several times if he had a referal list and he replied NO........

He says ......Just whats online ......Im interested in hairline work and want/need to see a few people in person from each Top doc.....

Sofar saw several from H&W, Cole and Bernstien but NONE from Feller...

Even contacted SPEX recently and he gave me 1 name ........and the dude lives in the outskirts of New Jersey!....

Im most hairline shots online they are vaigue...........Not knocking his work but why is it so hard to meet up with a few of his patients!!!

This alone is turning me away from him........

What did you think of the hairline patients you met. Were they good results.
