Hi Janna, in SMG's experience, does Rogaine accelerate growth of the grafts? Dr. Rassman says no, but others like Feller say yes. Seems like the jury's still out...

So here are my 3 month pictures, so far, so good. I €™m starting to see more tiny hairs sprouting out in-between and behind my native hair. I also started to use Rogaine foam again twice daily since the beginning of my 2[suP]nd[/suP] month post op. I haven €™t got a whole lot of comments, but recently while I was hanging out with my ex girlfriend (whom I haven €™t seen in a while) she had commented on the new tiny hairs she saw growing out. She knew I was looking into HT surgery while we were dating and she had asked me if I had a procedure done. Of course I told her a little fib and said that the Rogaine I started using must be working €¦..I think it workedJ. Please tell me what you think. See you next month!

Hard to tell from the pics because your hair is at a longer length, but that's great news that you're starting to sprout at 3 months. Thanks for the update! Did you get any zits/bumps before the hairs poked out?

Hi Dodger,

Good talking to you on the Phone earlier this evening. That was very cool of you bro. I had slight issues hearing you even when outside due to the oil rig pumping away so loudly, so apologies if some of my responces were way out there.

Looking forward to your updates and as always "HEY YOUUUUU GUYSSS!" Hah! Happy growing.

Definitely some early sprouting there dude! you can now see the outline of your new hairline and by 6 months it will look way thicker and fuller.
It is a slow process but already to me there is an improvement on your pre op pics, keep growing well its all looking great ;-)

Time for 4 month pics dodger. By the way, re-scheduled for this monday. This is great, because my ht will be sprouted by the summer.

Hello month #4. So far, so good. I think there's been some real progress since last month, but i was most happy after my most recent haircut. Partly because i always think i look less bald with shorter hair. The barber used a #3 clipper for the back and sides and a #4-#5 on top. I've also started to see that the really short hairs that were transplanted in front seem to be now growing slightly longer. This is definitely promising and I hope to have more growth in the coming months. See you in month 5!!
