Swelling can depend on several factors, how you personally react, also if a one day or a two day procedure as then two days of injections so more fluid has entered and needs to drop, how sensitive you are and therefore how many local anaesthetic injections needed, size of the procedure etc and so on.
From experience day 3 or 4 is the peak time and day 5 looks a lot better. The clinic will give hints and tips in speeding up the recovery, applying ice to forehead, sleeping upright, massage etc, so if all is followed then day 5 isn't a problem to fly.
