Considering were he started from this is a nice improvement for the patient , hopefully with the medication it will help the growth in the vertex and possibly leave some grafts for another pass in the frontal third if the patient wants that of course

I like this , 3108 grafts was never going to give this guy an Elvis type hairdo with such extensive hair loss.....but this result frames his face well and is a good example of how somebody at the higher end of the norwood scale can still improve their appearance with a natural looking HT.
When the crown is done in the next pass he will be sorted!! Thanks for posting

This patient also need for second session for the fist session we obtain very good result so for second session we are planning to cover all over his scalp combine with body hair.
