If you were to have a Fue/Smp combination surgery what would be the smartest approach?
Have Smp first, then Fue a few days later
Have Fue first, then Smp a few weeks later
Go for temporary Tricopigmentation or permanent Scalp Micropigmentation

Which you start with is within reason a matter of choice, there are a few considerations that should be taken into account.

Scalp pigmentation will fade, and require future sessions, so if performed first and FUE slightly later the scalp will still be sensitive from the hair transplant and a decent time frame required to allow the skin to relax before a follow up scalp pigmentation session.

Using FUE first, it ´s generally better to wait and see the hair distribution coverage as the FUE grows out, this can help to design the pigmentation to create and even density look, but does mean waiting a little until enough new hair has grown.

The tendency for many is to want as much of a result sooner rather than later, and having scalp pigmentation first will obvious give that illusion faster.
