This is so true, traffic and views can easily be adjusted when big bucks are involved.

Man your very bitter, he was worried and came to a forum for advice. Isn't that what forums are for?
I'm pretty sure your google search results are the last thing on his mind.

Well fair enough it's not fully bald but it is bald in comparison to the rest of my head, my wife describes it as bald patch of back of head not "oh you have mm of missing hair in rectangle shape"

Goodness sake man, chill out and calm down, why are you so angry and sarcastic? I'm here cause I'm freaking out and I am glad my post is showing up as it may show people what can happen with FUE and not expect the perfect"undetectable" results often marketed with FUE

You could be suffering from pro longed shock loss, if so it should grow back, if it doesn`t its a small area that can have hair re transplanted if need be.
Your best bet is to contact the Doctor to have it evaluated by them.

Looks a simple fix if the area stays the way it is after one year, try not to stress yourself out about it. Farjo clinic have good ethics, they will do right by you.

We have been in touch with this patient to arrange his routine follow up.

We cannot comment on any specifics of this case but as always we will address them when we see him in person.

What is really bothersome for me about this industry is sometimes we can €™t even sincerely help people without coming off in a negative light at least to those who work in the industry. If this patient does require grafts to be placed back in the donor area I would specifically ask for Dr. Lorenzo.

Nobody has to agree with this comment nor respond but many in the back of their mind I €™m sure are thinking that exact thought and that is what the forums are for, to help patients.

I'm sure this patient will be well taken care of.................baldycrag please keep us updated and pass what you have learned on to others.

Farjo have been in touch to ask that I come down for a review, but I live far away and would need a full day to go there and back and about £100 in fuel money! so yeah, need to save a bit! While I understand they need to really see it in person, comments on the photographs would be useful?

I wouldn't be too pleased if I pay to come down just to be told it may take longer to heal.. as it seems that is what I am being told. Would rather wait to see if it does and come down if it doesn't.

Also like I said before, I see no time period in the near future where I can afford to take weeks/ months off work so another procedure of FUE is totally out the question right now.

I am hoping things might start to recover better in the next few months and will keep everyone who is interested updated on my progress.

P.S This post is in no way meant to cast a bad shadow on the work of Farjo, I picked them because they are the best, I just wanted to know from others if what I was experiencing was anything to worry about.

Maybe it is better for you if you hold off till 12 months then have it checked by the clinic, you could use some DermMatch on the area if needed.

I am going to try and hold off till 12 months to see if anything improves but this is now month 9 and everything is the same, my hair is a total mess, I have started thinning quite badly on the top of my head (which is why I tried cutting my hair down to a grade 1) but a 1 makes the FUE donor site more obvious and the transplanted hairs are also more obvious as the roots are thicker looking + hairs are growing in the wrong direction compared with surrounding hair.

Positively depressed with this so far...

baldycrag try keeping your head up mate €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦..give it time, most problems are solvable.

You need to be strong for those around you as one can easily destroy relationships if you let this get the better of you. Hope it all works out for you.

Can Farjo not Skype the OP and have a preliminary look?
