Thanks Bullitnut, yeah the KR definitely works, the only side effect I notice is slight bloating. Not everyone would get this though. It €™s definitely worth a try

Hi Adam. It looks as though the density is improving as the month's pass by. Your hairline looks good.
I see you`re now using Topical Finasteride, did you stop using the Keratin?

Thanks for the comments BM! Yeah I €™ve noticied a definite improvement in density as time goes by. Really happy with the results to be honest. I just want to get the mid scalp and crown done now, I €™ve got hair all over but the density is thinner on top.
I came off the KR as I was getting gastro problems, to be honest I €™m not sure if the problems are caused by the KR. So now I €™ve got the topical finasteride from the Italian pharmacy, started with the 2.5% but then noticied finast side effects, then requested 0.5% and using alternative days, don €™t have sides but not sure if it €™s enough to keep the hair loss stable. Also using hair max hair band and again unsure if it €™s working.
So overall I €™m happy with the transplant results, just looking at maintaining now:

Thanks Bullitnut, I came off KR shortly after my transplant so I €™ve it €™s been a good few months. Yeah my gastro symptoms have got better, it was mainly bloating and affecting bowels etc. However I have changed my diet which has helped, it might not have been the KR.
To be honest though I don €™t feel that my current hair loss regimen is that effective and I €™m tempted to start the KR again. What €™s your experience with this?

Never used KR pal, i take Finasteride, however for what its worth i also take foligain hair thinning supplements that contain Saw Palmetto. They might be worth a shot if you don't like using Finasteride.*nl
