This is a 43-year-old patient who had an FUE Hair Transplant for 2730 grafts to the crown in August 2020. We have posted the crown result on this link https://www.hairlossexperiences.com...er-–-2730-fue-grafts-–-hdc-hair-clinic.10094/

10 months after his 1st FUE to crown, he proceeded with a 2nd Surgery for the front for 3655 grafts, which is demonstrated below.

So, this patient has done 2 FUE surgeries with total of 6385 grafts.

You can see the result and a photo of back view to see that the donor still looks very strong.

Always seek for certainty for your Hair Transplant!

This is looking great at 6 months with plenty of time for further improvement. There was a big change between his 2 and 4 month update which I’d say he had a lot of early growth beginning at 3 months, an early grower.
His donor looks to be in excellent condition, even with 6385 grafts removed. Do you happen to know what his donor density and hair to graft ratio was? Have you some surgery pictures showing his donor extractions from this 2nd surgery?
The crown reconstruction from his first surgery was a great success. It’s very unusual to see a patient have the crown done first and then the front, it’s usually the front first. What was the reasoning for this approach?
Does the patient use any hair loss meds?
All in all, this must be life changing for this guy, what a transformation.

Personally I would have done this the opposite way round but that's irrelevant as both surgeries have produced cracking results.
