That scar may be small, but it looks challenging to work on as it's not level with the surrounding skin. Great result, and love the frontal hairline.

Raised scars or hypertrophic scars or keloid scars are more demanding to treat with scalp pigmentation as some of the art is to try and reduce the appearance that it is raised. This is challenging and can require a different contrast of pigment to reduce the look.
