Going Bald is mans greatest fear a recent UK poll shows

GOING bald is the scariest prospect men face according to a recent UK poll The survey of 2000 males found that :-

94 per cent of them feared losing their hair.

89 per cent said they fretted over losing their ability to perform in the bedroom.

Seventy-five per cent of the men said they feared going grey,

64 per cent worried about getting fat and 61 per cent said they dreaded losing their teeth. Other male fears about ageing included needing €œjam jar € glasses (45 per cent), deafness (31) and bad breath (24).

But nothing compared with baldness in the fear stakes, and a prominent psychotherapist wasn €™t surprised by the findings. She said: €œHair loss can be genuinely distressing for men. It can €™t be easily disguised and people think it €™s fair game for jokes, unlike things like putting on weight or going grey. €œMen who lose their hair are expected to take insults with good humour. €œThe pressure this causes can have a huge effect on men €™s self-confidence, which has knock-on effects on their physical and mental wellbeing. €

Interesting survey results although I'm not that shocked since I would be part of that 94%. I think the ability to perform would be right up there for me. Going gray isn't bad at all...you can do touch ups etc. Gaining weight, losing teeth etc have remedies that can offer good results. Shoot if eating healthy and exercising would give me a full head of hair I would be at the gym 7 days a week and having salads with chicken/tuna. ;;D

Hi Its true that baldness has become the most scariest thing! But we should change the thoughts of people by educating `em and helping `em with good ideas and tips instead of worrying with `em.
We are in hi tech age where every thing is getting possible! So, instead of hiding your baldness you should seek good solutions to combat your hair loss. FDA approval may mean it has no side effects but there are no studies to prove a laser cap/hood re grows hair, they always are used in conjunction with proven meds such as Minoxidil.
