good HT clinic in St.Petersburg?

Hi! I am new here
Has anyone heard of good Russian clinics? If anyone had experiences with hair transplant in St.Petersburg - people say, it's the best Russian city for HT? I am on a long vacation (actually business trip to North-West Russia) and presumably I'll contact local doctors on the matter.
I 've found some clinics - any reviews/advice?

And one more question... Any advice on relatively cheap & close to these clinics lodging in SPB? I've found some but need advice: I am quite young and don't want to spend a fortune on rooms, really....nevskij-palace.ru- great location, but price (( >C>::
Nevsky hotels - seem to be good???
