Graft loss after a hair transplant – Need advice

Hello everyone,

I have undergone a hair transplant and I am currently on the 11th post-operative day. I was advised to remove the scabs by gently massaging after shampooing. However, while doing so, I noticed that some hairs fell out, and I even feel like some grafts have come out.

This worries me a bit… Is this normal at this stage? Has anyone experienced the same thing?

At 11 days the graft should be secure. Have you asked your doctor why the graft has came out?
