I had a hair transplant with Dr. Spammer in Istanbul in 2023 over 12 months ago.
Firstly I would like to thank everyone on the staff as organising everything from Australia was a smooth process and confirming the dates available and all the details so I could book my flights in advance.
Everything was well explained before my trip to Istanbul and when I arrived there everything was organised from pick up to drop off to the clinic and then to the hotel on the first day.
On the day of the surgery, the process was smooth and almost perfect the time went faster than I was considered and the staff was gently asking me if I was ok or if I needed a break and the process was well organised.
The last day with the explanation of how to clean the hair and what to do for the next weeks was very well explained and different questions were answered.
Frequent follow-ups have been done checking on me how I was and sending more recent pictures and that was important for me to understand what was happening and the progress.
I am a happy customer and I wish I had it done earlier not waiting until 2023 thanks again to Dr. Spammer and his team
