Hair transplant to add density behind hairline

I am 27 with my hair loss beginning 7 years ago. I started Propecia and minoxidil 5 years ago with reasonable success recovering some hair. However the problem seems to be in the frontal third where no hair has been recovered but not sure if it has stabilized. There is still thinner spots in the crown but not as bad as the rest.
Is it wise to fill the thinnest parts by fue in order to restore density?

Hi, yes you may go for FUE to fill the thinning parts of the head. However, these things should be considered
1- Miniaturized hair may shed due to hair transplant shock loss. Sometimes these may regrow and sometimes damage.
2- Placement needle / implanter should be of minimum diameter to avoid trauma
3- Minimum administration of adrenaline to avoid vasoconstriction and trauma
4- You may start Propecia and minoxidil after the procedure according to instruction of the doctor
5- You need to stop minoxidil few days to week before the procedure to avoid bleeding during the procedure.

You sound like your hair loss has stabilised if you’re not seeing further loss. I’d say try to have an in person consultation to have your hair checked for miniaturisation and have your donor assessed. Some pictures would help.
If all is ok, then I`d say you are good to have an FUE. Do plenty of research before finally deciding what to do.
