That is a fantastic result showing great density. Can I just ask how you decide whether a patient requires a full shave or not?
 
@duffman thank you for your kind comment. In terms of fully shaving the head or not for FUE there are a number of considerations. We tend to trim the donor area in most, if not all cases. In terms of the recipient area this is dependent on where the grafts needs to be placed and also the clients preference. Some clients prefer not to have the hair trimmed on the top so they can cover the transplanted area and if this is possible from a surgical point of view we try and accommodate this. Hope that helps.
