Our patient was an NW5 with fine hair but above average natural follicular unit groupings in his donor. The planning was mutually decided to create a conservative hairline and then move back to the crown with as much natural looking fullness as possible.

We will upload a video later but at present, we have before, placement and 14 months post op grown out. You will note the change in hair colour pre and post op, this is simply he used to colour his hair before and now leaves it his natural colour.

spectacular result! this patient must be thrilled. Looking at the graft count did he have a higher than average number of three hair grafts?. The frontal core looks great.

Thanks for the comments, our patient is very happy, even more so that we managed to give full coverage in one pass.

ejj, yes, you are correct; his natural groupings were excellent, allowing even with relatively fine hair to gain the coverage and fullness. As you can see his hair per FU count was around 2.5 hairs so above average.

Great hair to graft ratio. He had a lot of 4 and 5 hair grouping - that's awesome.
