I wonder how this happened as they appeared to be the largest permanent SMP company around.

With their business model it is very difficult to comprehend how they would be in such a position to file for bankruptcy. Their overheads would surely be quite low.

However there are a few factors from making an educated guess as to why this has happened.

Can't say im totally shocked to be honest as some of their best and talented practitioners have left in the last 18 months or so and either gone to work at other clinics or started their own.
