How long?

Hi all, So im contemplating doing the hair transplant but worried about recovery time and the scar...can some of you that have done the procedure chime in and discuss how long did it take you to fully recover and whether you're having any issues with the scar? What are pros/cons for you post procedure?Thanks so much

It sounds like you're referring to STRIP rather than FUE. My own personal experience with strip is that by day 5/6 my donor closure was secure, just a little scabby and red. Day 10 had the sutures removed and everything felt normal.
By recover are you meaning to go about your everyday business or back to work etc.

Two weeks should be plenty for strip. One week if you're having fue.

I agree with the other comments....providing you go to a reputable surgeon then 10-14 days is usually the norm

Just out of interest what areas are you planning on addressing and have you researched any particular clinics as yet?
