Recently came across someone asking about this clinic on another forum. I can’t find any info/pictures/reviews except for their website and Trust Pilot. Has anyone actually got any experience in using them?

Yeah I asked about them but can't find my post now. I'm also interested to hear any feedback. I did have an online consult with them a while ago

He trained under Dr Greg Williams from Farjo clinic. This is why he can do FUT and FUE. He then went to work for or partnered with Xavier Rush who had surgery with KSL a few years ago. This is why he probably opened up the clinic.
I spoke with Dr Milne at an international hair conference. He seems like a nice guy. It would be nice to see some documented patient results.

My consult was with Xavier Rush, who is the CEO of HQ I believe. The video consult was OK but didn't seem overly detailed. I was given a price and a rough plan of action then the next step is to book an in person consult with the surgeon.
They pop up on Facebook with a few before and after pics but would be good to see some more in depth results

It would be nice to see some on here documenting their journey. With your situation you should definitely have in person consults directly with a doctor before deciding anything.

I too have had a consultation with Dr Miln, directly. He is a really nice bloke and I’m very close to going to him for my procedure! I do wish there was some more cases documented on forums though…. He’s very reasonably priced too….

Ask him if he can put you in contact with some patients. They will probably share their results with you.
