I would say the answer is 2 months before everything settles down. Others factors such as how much native hair did you still have? were you shaved down? Strip or FUE? Did you experience any shock loss? All these come into play.
How is your Ht looking?

When I had strip for my crown it was 10 days before I could apply concealer which made everything look normal and about 4 -5 weeks before I got my hair cut which felt good.
It will depend on your surgery type and the areas worked on. But I'd say the average is 4-8 weeks.
