I'm almost completely bald at 23. (Diffuse thinning all over) What procedure is best for me?

I read alout online and I think DHI and sapphire seem like they give the best results

Here are my pictures

Last one is a little long hair.

Ohh and I have extremely hairy chest and body so I hope I can take from body hair for more density.

And lastly I tried both finasteride and dutasteride and they gave me side effects (especially dutasteride gave me prostate pain and bleeding, the pain remained for months after stopping)

So I'm not looking to take any 5α-Reductase inhibitors. Instead I want a full scale transplant using donor area, body hair etc

Unfortunately, you’re very young to be losing this much hair. Your hair loss could progress further to a Norwood 6 or 7. Without stabilising your hair loss I don't think any doctor will offer you surgery.

Really?

Can't I just use all my body hair+ beard + all my donor? I would rather be norwood 7 already instead of 6 so I can do a full transplant

The problem you have is your donor hair could be lost at some point. If your loss progresses and your crown dips into the donor, any grafts taken from there will be lost. Body hair can be used but too much of it won’t blend in. I suppose one option would be to keep it buzzed short all the time.
Have you contacted any clinics to see what they advise?

I haven't contacted anyone yet but I'm planning to. And was looking for advice here before I do.

It’s really tough losing your hair when you’re young. I started to lose my crown at 24 but never had a HT until early thirties. It would be beneficial to speak with a HT doctor or a dermatologist to receive medical advice. Topical finasteride or dutasteride at a weaker strength might be a possibility.
