Its a greate power combo to fight hairloss.
When it comes to internal med you can choose from finasteride/proscar and dutasteride.. i would go for finasterid first to se if it help.. then switch to dutas after a year if it doesnt help.
Dont be afraid if you shed some hairs when you are on treatment its usually a good sign that treatment is working. And the hairs will come back stronger.

Its just saw palmetto re boxed, as a hair stylist trying to make money.. wy pay high price for saw palmetto in a fancy box+ new name when you can get it cheaper at the drug store or online...
Just another person trying to rip of MPB people who are desperete for a solution.

sorry for delayed response not been very well past few days

but i BHR and was told to use finasteride and some sort of foam but obviously another key part are the other products such as the shampo's and stuff
