Is is too late to start minoxidil?

One further point: as anyone had any luck in using minoxidil to grow beard hair? I've often thought that if I could rock a big bushy beard, then I would just buzz my head & not worry about it anymore. Unfortunately my attempts to grow a beard have been pathetic -- despite all the men in my family having impressive facial hair. I truly am follicly challenged, top and bottom.

What I’m unsure of is the claim that once beard hairs are fully matured (terminal) they will continue to grow even if you discontinue minoxidil.

Thanks. I checked out 1 video. I thought the effects of minoxidil were restricted to the area of application. I didn't realise that using it on your chin could lead to shedding on your scalp.
