Is it safe to use Hair fibers after a hair transplant

Can you use hair fibers after a hair transplant? Opinions vary on this. Lots of clinics say it’s ok to use them 10-14 days post op providing there aren’t any scalp issues.
However, there are clinics who advise not to use them for the full 12 months after surgery.
I’ve used fibers before and after surgery. I’ll see if I have any pictures using it post op.
They never had any negative impact on my hair growth or results from several surgeries. I would wash them out every night and reapply the following day.

Going by the advice I received from my doctor and my personal experience, I’d have to say it’s ok to use.

If in doubt, follow your doctors post op instructions.

I've used them post op too without any problems Bigmac.....I wonder if it could be just a case of over precaution from some clinics?....makes you wonder what the reasons for not using them actually are as the fibres stick to the hairs that are there so it's not like they will be damaging the scalp or anything.

I tried concealers once but could get the hang on using them, but I´ve seen them look good and understand after a transplant they can help. I can understand waiting a few weeks so the scalp is clean. But having to wait a year. I´d like to hear the logic behind that.
