Is it worth it to go to hair transplant with Norwood type 6

I contacted few clinics and they said that I'm at Norwood type 6 even 7. I attached photo of my situation. Is it worth it to go to hair transplant at this point? I'm 29 and it seems it's getting worse

You have indeed an advanced hair loss pattern at very young age.
If you have very low expectations you should first get your hair stabilized with a combination of treatments and medication. There will be no high density, and probably only a portion of the balding area will be possible to treat.
Hair strengthening will take about 12 months before you will have a re-evaluation for hair transplantation.
Only thereafter would a limited hair transplantation be possible.

However, SMP with a shaven look style hair cut would be ideal in your case.
You can have a result in a fairly limited amount of time, less costs and you would be able to deal with the entire balding area at once, simulating a high density.

I agree it looks like tattoo, but in technical terms is very different from tattoo.
In fact you would achieve a horrible result if a 'regular' tattoo artist tried to create a naturally looking hair effect.
I have seen this on many occasions. You don't want to go that route.

When I think about it, it might be the way to go
