Is this a normal hair shed cycle

Whats the daily average amount of hairs that shed when you shower?..... I have around 50 to 70 hairs in the shower tray after washing my hair...... is this a normal amount?

How can I tell if I have MPB in its early stages?..... My hair still looks thick.

Its only mpb if those hairs that are falling out grow back thinner or dont grow back at all.
Its perfectly normal to lose up to 100 hairs (only a guess) a day.

How often do you wash your hair....i used to notice i lost a lot more if i left it a while between washes than if i washed every day with a mild shampoo (obviously before mpb set in for me)

I wash it every weekday missing the occasionally Saturday or Sunday if I stay home.

Thanks for getting back to me, i really wouldnt worry dude...the main thing is your hair still looks thick and i agree with Coopman i think its a normal amount too.....if you start to notice the hair looking thinner down the line then obviously it's time to address things but for the minute i would enjoy your hair pal

Quick update..... 2 months on my hair looks the same with no visible thinning..... I think I was stressing about nothing.
