Amazing job, would something like this be possible with a higher number of grafts?

Hello Jim.
If you have grafts that require removal could you possibly start a thread? Higher numbers can be extracted. Each case will be different.

Hi Jonzi, thank you for the update and so glad this has turned out well for you and I have used this case to show a fair few who ask about graft removals, so many thanks for making this available.

Here is an update of my front. My hairloss has continued and it was defintily the right choice to step back and do the reversal. The healing is fantastic, thx Dr Bisanga you really saved the game here:

Your results look great. I want to reverse my FUT from 22 years ago, but I don’t want another surgery. I’m thinking about electrolysis, but I have pitting that is noticeable. Do you know if the pitting would go away if I had electrolysis?

electrolysis leaves scaring, I think you should consult some doctors and have a punchout approach like Jonzi

I`ve seen some excellent results from Electrolysis. Having the scalp checked by a skilled specialist should provide the answers for Gaijin.
The punchouts worked really well for Jonzi. Post-op healing of his scalp is fantastic. @JimKan1 how is your research into a solution going?

Well I have no scars from about 400 grafts removed with electrolysis the blend method. It does not leave scars if the person doing it knows what they are doing.

I’m just worried about the pitting I already have. I’m not sure if that will heal or not after electrolysis. Did you have any pitting? If so, did it heal afterwards? I have a consultation with a surgeon this week to discuss my options, but I’m sure he’ll try to persuade me to go the expensive surgical route.

You cannot solve pitting with anything I believe, Electrolysis removes the hair follicle it cannot heal the skin.

Pitting should be like acne scars, there is no solution really.

I think if your remove the graft and the pitting is minor it goes away

I guess I will just punch out the triples from my hairline(about 4-5) and the temples connections to the sides(about 150-200 grafts)

Could you elaborate why it would? It sounds interesting.
Thats what I think, if the piting is minor and you remove the graft it can be healed, but I could be wrong, have doctors stated otherwise?
