Its takes courage to put this out their the patient will help many people who see this , their are so many cheap offers out their not just in HT Industry but also cosmetic surgeries , I always believe that meeting up with patients who have had surgeries with Clinics is a good I idea , pictures on some websites can be photo shopped and also taken from reputable Clinics websites . You can pay £2500 and also £10000+ for 3000 grafts , the result will depend on the skill of surgeon and his team research and more research thank you for this post

The patient had diffuse thinning which wasn't horrendous imo and the transplanted hairline seemed to match it. Too much focus on perfect hair seems to be the biggest issue here.

I think for the patient, ridging, mis-angled hairs and a decimated donor are some concern..if this case is so good then the clinic who performed it should share it as a case on their portfolio and of course are welcome to. He will have more loss and no donor to work with and be shaving down daily on what grew and as said has scarring. I don't think it is a focus on hair perfection, nor does Dr.Bisanga nor the patient himself.

That's fine. My opinion is still the same, which is also fine.

This guy has a hairline that is too low. Yes, he has diffuse thinning which could progress further. If it does progress, the transplanted hairline he has been given will look very unnatural.
He is not looking at having a perfect hairline for repair, just something that is natural. Maybe a perfect hairline was his original goal with this first surgery but that dream has been ruined by poor work and planning. Now, he is in a difficult situation with multiple repair work required to correct what has been done by the previous clinic.

It's a shame he hasn't got the result he was hoping for and I sympathise with anyone who has been misguided, which may well have been the case for him. HT's can end up like a costly treadmill
