Man has scalp stretched with balloon to cover very bad scarring

This gentleman had a very large life threatening tumour removed. The result was a large skin graft on his head and no chance of his hair growing there. A doctor from London decided to try and stretch the scalp with a balloon to help him recover a head of hair and get rid of the scarring. I have to admit the result is impressive but it sounds like a risky procedure to me.
