Micro needling after HT ?

Hello friends,

Dr Mwamba recommends to use 0.5 to 1mm microneedling once a week while using topical finasteride 3x a week.

Do you know how long to wait before micro needling after HT ? I think I should wait a year no ?

I am not that impressed with micro needling as an adjunct to scalp penetration of meds. What does Dr Mwamba say is an acceptable time to begin micro needling?
